FederFlex - Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction:

 

At FederFlex (“we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the compression stockings you have bought, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

 

2. Returns:

2.1 Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

 

2.2 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or worn stockings.

  • Items without original packaging or tags.

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount coupon.

 

2.3 Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at contactus@federflex.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the return shipping address.

  3. Packaging: Securely pack the items in the original packaging. Include the return authorization number and a copy of the receipt inside the package.

  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

 

3. Refunds:

 

3.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Items must meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.

 

3.2 Refund Process:

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria.

  2. Approval or Rejection: We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.

  3. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

3.3 Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contactus@federflex.com.

 

4. Exchanges:

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Customers should take an unboxing video or photo while opening the package to be eligible for an exchange, within 2 days of delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contactus@federflex.com for instructions on how to proceed.
